Robert is a real estate developer and broker who was born and raised in the Dorchester Neighborhood of Boston MA. As a father of four children, Robert enjoys the challenge of maintaining his work-life family balance. Robert has been in the real estate industry since 2004 and is the founder of several real estate companies including Boston Trust Realty Group, MIG Realty, and New City Investors LLC, and provides Private Lending through Crowd Lending Inc. As a Broker, he has managed over $400M+ in real Estate transactions since 2011 and currently employs approximately 55 real estate professionals. Robert has also completed over 44 real estate projects as a developer and his lending team has provided $50M+ in private real estate loans since 2018. Robert’s most recent venture is in the Cannabis industry, where he holds one retail adult-use dispensary license in Boston, MA.

Elizabeth was born and raised in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico. She came to Boston in 1999 to further her education. After finishing her undergraduate studies at Fisher college, she obtained an MBA from BU in 2006. Before Co-Founding New City Investors with her husband Robert Nichols, Elizabeth worked as a business analyst for AHOLD international. She also worked in the design industry doing sales and consulting for several Cambridge-based high-end furniture companies. She is passionate about designing homes that allow the end user to enjoy their space comfortably. As a mother of 4 children, she understands the features that a home should have to meet the residents’ needs. These experiences have enhanced her understanding of how to design a home that is both beautiful and functional.
